The Second Congregational Church

The Second Congregational Church program offers both inspiring worship as well as thought provoking reflection on issues of faith and life every Sunday morning at 9:30. Biblically-based sermons by the Revs. Robert Naylor, Senior Minister, and Christopher Tate, Associate Minister along with music by the acclaimed Chancel Choir and the church's international touring Youth Choir provide the listener with an opportunity to center in on God's Word and to find rest and renewal for the body and spirit. From the best of the historic music of the Christian church to the more contemporary idioms of music - jazz, Gospel, contemporary Christian - the church offers the listener a variety of ways to enter into worship. Occasionally, the program will offer a lively discussion on family life, artistic, and social themes. Listen and become a regular part of the ministry of the church in the center of town which is known for its towering steeple and which complements the beauty of the town's well-known crocus hill, the Second Congregational Church.
