This show is designed to generate discussion on health and wellness for families, the elderly, and people with special needs. Each program will be designed to offer information that people can use to make changes that will improve their health and wellness.

Steve Katz, B.A., MBA, JD,LLM,CPA, President, Sterling Care LLC in Greenwich, CT Steven Katz is a versatile and accomplished operations and general management executive. Steve has a uniquely broad educational background that includes an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, MBA's in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University School of Law, and a B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University. He holds a CPA from the State of New York and admission to the Bar in New York and Connecticut.
Steve has advised numerous technology, manufacturing, financial and healthcare clients in accounting, tax, business and legal matters as an accountant and a lawyer with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, Pullman & Comely in Connecticut and Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke in New York.

Prior to starting Sterling Care Steve was the managing partner of a financial technology consulting firm with offices in New York, Houston, London and Toronto. Steve has been involved in many community activities.

Stephanie R. Paulmeno, MS, RN, NHA, CEO of Global Health Systems Consultants, LLC : Prior to becoming an entrepreneur with a health organization consulting firm located in Old Greenwich, Stephanie worked in health care since 1969. Since 1980 she has worked in administration in the areas of health, mental health, social services, long term care administration and public health. She was the Regional Coordinator for the Harlem Valley State Psychiatric Center in Wingdale, New York. Stephanie was the Geriatric Division Director for Nursing for New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center-Westchester Division. She also served as the Executive Director of Greenwich Adult Day Care, Inc. who converted it from a recreation program to a health and rehabilitation model. She has worked as Administrator and Assistant Administrator in several Fairfield County, Connecticut nursing homes. Before retiring, she worked for the Town of Greenwich for over 19 years serving as the Director of Nursing and then Administrator of Record for the Nathaniel Witherell Nursing Home, and for the last 7 years as the Community Health Planner for the Town of Greenwich..
